Introduced to curling: I watched the Torino Olympics/Paralympics 2006 and was fascinated with this sport, and four years later I was watching the Vancouver Paralympics and got in touch with one of the GB athletes Tom Killin. When he returned from Vancouver he introduced me to curling and I fell in love with this sport and I have been curling ever since.
Interests: Wheelchair basketball, going out for pushes around where I live and spending time with my family when I’m not curling.
Role model: Michael Jordan
Best /favourite curling rink/s: Dumfries Ice Bowl and The Peak Stirling
Future Goals: To get selected for the ParalympicsGB curling team and win Gold at a Paralympics and to medal at a World Wheelchair Curling Championships.
Pre game rituals: I like to listen to certain songs on my mp3 player with my headphones on, to get in the zone ready to curl.

Played wheelchair basketball for Team GB in the 90’s at numerous international competitions and won a few 1st division championships throughout the years.
