Health conditions that:
- Primarily cause pain (e.g. myofascial pain-disfunction syndrome, fibromyalgia or complex regional pain syndrome)
- Primarily cause fatigue (e.g. chronic fatigue syndrome)
- Primarily cause joint hypermobility or hypotonia (e.g. Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)
- Are primarily psychological or psychosomatic in nature (e.g. Conversion Disorders, PTSD, Functional Neurological Disorders)
