British Curling Chair

About British Curling

British Curling is the national governing body for one of the UK’s most successful Winter Olympic and Paralympic programmes.

Responsible for delivering medal winning moments at Olympic, Paralympic, World and European Championships, we work closely with our partners at Scottish, English and Welsh Curling, UK Sport and sportscotland.

The organisation has recently undertaken a fundamental review of our approach and operations and there is a vibrant team in place (new thinking balanced with experience) focused on the upcoming Winter Olympic and Paralympics in Beijing in 2022 and the World and European Championships between then and now.

Working with us

We are looking to appoint a new Chair to lead and work closely with the existing Board, the Executive Performance Director and the staff in delivering the business strategy and success that British Curling expects. British Curling has recently recruited three new Non Executive Directors to the Board – adding to the skills and experience the Board already has in place.

Closing date and how to apply

The closing date for applications is 31st Jan 2020. Provisional dates for interviews are 13th February 2020.

To apply for this role, please email nigelholl@britishcurling.co.uk with a CV and letter of application demonstrating how you will impact positively on British Curling.
