TEAMS BRYCE AND MOUAT BACK IN ACTION AT STU SELLS CLASSIC

Posted on

After reaching the quarter final of his first slam last weekend at the Tier 2 Tour Challenge, skip Cameron Bryce will lead his rink back into action at the Stu Sells 1824 Halifax Classic in Nova Scotia (14-17 November).

“I was happy that we made the play-offs in my first Slam, but given the way we were playing in that game it was a disappointing result,” said Cameron Bryce.

“In these competitions there are such fine margins and knowing that just two ends in the middle part of that quarter final cost us was frustrating. However we are looking to build on that experience in a different format of play this weekend, which is triple knock-out.

“Being in that Slam and in that sort of environment with the best players in the world really makes us want to be back in that environment as soon as possible.”

Also in the line-up are fellow Scots and reigning European Champions Team Mouat, who lost out in their tie-breaker at the Tier 1 Tour Challenge event last weekend.
